1. Login to your control panel.
2.Click on Manage user backup under the Reseller tool.
3.Click on schedule.
4.Click on Selected Users and select the user you wish for and then cick next step.
5.Select "now" >> Next step.
6.Click on Schedule.
Wait for few minutes and then visit the file manager.
7.Inside the file manager navigate to the folder user_backups and you will be able to see the backup file over there.
8.Right click on it and click download.
The file will start downloading in your local system.
