1. Login to your server >> click on the search button >> type firewall >> click on "windows defender firewall with advanced security"
2. Click on Inbound Rules >> Select New Rule. >> In Protocol and port >> Select the port option >> Click on next
3. Enter the port here >> click on next 
4. Make sure to click on "Allow the connection" >> click on next button
5. Then your port is successfully enabled.
