How do I reinstall the OS on my Cloud Servers from my client area?
1) Log in to the Client Area
To begin, please log in to the Client Area using your credentials. You can access the Client Area by visiting the following URL:
https://service.leapswitch.com/index.php
2) Select the service
Once you have successfully logged in, navigate to the “Services” section and select the specific product for which you want to reinstall the OS.
3) Choose the Service from the List
Within the product details page, locate the list of available services related to your selection. Identify the particular service for which you wish to reinstall the OS.
4) Access the Rebuild OS Option:
Click on the option More and scroll down until we see the Rebuild OS option. Click on the Rebuild OS option.
5) Select the Required OS:
Select the OS, distribution, and template options that you want and click on the Re-install VPS.
