How to update rDNS from client area?

1) Log in to the Client Area

To begin, please log in to the Client Area using your credentials. You can access the Client Area by visiting the following URL:

2) Select the service

 Once you have successfully logged in, navigate to the “Services” section and select the specific product for which you want to set the rDNS.


3) Choose the Service from the List:

         Within the product details page, locate the list of available services related to your selection. Identify the particular service for which you wish to set the rDNS.



4) Access the Reverse DNS Option:

To proceed with setting the rDNS, click on the “More” option. A dropdown menu will appear; select the “Reverse DNS” option from the list.


5) Update Hostname:

In the Reverse DNS configuration page, you will find a text box field. Here, you can update the hostname that you want to associate with the IP address for the VPS or Dedicated server.
